7 Things To Do In Enduraland

1. Meet our Superstars at Nevis Range, Fort William (3rd-5th of August)

We’re heading to the expo at Nevis Range for the Downhill World Champs. Drop into our stand between 8.30am and 6.30pm on 3rd-5th August and meet some of Endura’s superstar riders:

Mikayla Parton – 2pm on Thursday 3rd August

Atherton Racing Team (Rachel Atherton, Gee Atherton, Charlie Hatton, Andi Kolb) – 2-3pm on Friday 4th August

Danny MacAskill – 4-5pm on Friday 4th August

Kriss Kyle – 11am-2pm on Saturday 5th August

Keen an eye on our Instagram too for the world champs through the eyes of Kriss Kyle!

2. Catch a glimpse of Endura athletes racing (3rd-13th August across Scotland)

Eight of Endura’s talented roster of mountain bike athletes are due to race at Nevis Range (downhill) and Glentress Forest (cross country).

Austria – Andreas Kolb (Continental Atherton) – MTB Downhill

Great Britain – Rachel Atherton, Charlie Hatton, Dom Platt (Continental Atherton) and Mikayla Parton (Resolute Racing) – MTB Downhill

Iran - Faranak Partoazar (Pump for Peace) – MTB Cross Country

Lesotho - Tumelo Makae (Pump for Peace) - MTB Cross Country

South Africa - Unathi Nxumalo (Pump for Peace) - MTB Cross Country

Look out for Endura Corner at the Elite XCO race at Glentress – there's an elite team from HQ in Livingston coming down to inject some noise and colour as they support the Pump for Peace riders.

3. Scottish history – a forgotten legend (10th of August, Thornhill to Glasgow)

We’re reviving a piece of forgotten cycling history by recreating Kirkpatrick Macmillan’s pedal driven bicycle, reputedly the first of its kind. The bike is being built by craft manufacturers Steven Shand and Tim Loftus and we’ll be taking it on a journey along the likely route that Macmillan once rode two centuries ago with the help of elite downhill mountain biker Mikayla Parton and a team of special guests.

4. Get in the spirit

Watch ‘Welcome to Enduraland’, kicking off with an auld bodach dragging himself though a Highland bog to give some advice on Scottish riding. Additionally, social cuts across our channels feature a younger generation of Scots - Kriss Kyle, Mikalya Parton, Nyasha Makusa, Neil Russell and Joe Barnes will share their thoughts on riding in Scotland.

5. Check out some of our favourite rides

Enduraland is perfect for bike riding with a huge variety of landscapes, riding for all kinds of riders and some of the best access laws in the world. We've gathered together some of the Endura team's favourite MTB, gravel and road rides. Some wee ones, some muckle ones and some aspirational ones... These tours are a great starter, but gather a bit of beta, check the weather and always follow the Scottish Outdoor Access Code when you're out and about. Find them here.

6. Collect ‘em all!

Fans of trading cards, unite. We’ve released our limited edition trading card packs into the wild, which feature facts and figures on a wide range of bike related topics. They will be available at the Nevis Range Expo and at Evans Cycles Stores in Glasgow and in Edinburgh. If you can’t get your mitts on a set, you can also view them virtually here.

7. Get kitted out

There’s a reason why our kit is famous for being so reliable and durable, even in the toughest conditions. We design, develop and test right here in Scotland. The ultimate proving ground. In this year’s summer line-up, we’ve got a signature Danny MacAskill MT500 helmet, Hummvee XC shoes, MT500 Burner Lite pants for staying cool and protected, LTD Print tees, and more. Check out all of our additions for summer 2023 here.
